The Aiden Hotel is a Newly Renovated Stylish Boutique Hotel Conveniently Located in Yarmouth, MA

Looking for a place to stay for a few days down on Cape Cod, Massachusetts? Maybe for a weekend getaway or a family vacation?

During my most recent trip, I had the opportunity to stay at the Aiden Hotel at Cape Point in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts.

Formerly the Cape Point Hotel

This used to be the Cape Point Hotel before it went through a major overhaul and redesign. Now, a Best Western brand of hotel, the Aiden Hotel is not what I remembered a Best Western to be from the 1980s.

This is one of their newest brands of hotels meant to be “cool, edgy and chic”.

As someone who travels a lot and who has a family as well as being a former hotelier and hotel manager at a large four-star property, I was interested in seeing what this property had to offer.

The Aiden Hotel Brand

This particular Cape Cod property was only the second Aiden Hotel to open in the US back in 2019.

Today, it looks like there are over a dozen properties that have since opened. And not just in the United States, but spanning the world as far away as Australia, South Korea, France, Italy, and Germany.

As one of their newer brands, these hotels are aimed at embodying or reflecting the local flair of the area.

Cool New Vibe of the Aiden Hotel

Upon arriving at this particular Aiden Hotel on Cape Cod, I loved the cool, fun, trendy vibe that greeted us.

Check-in at the Aiden was seamless and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. A small sundries shop was located right next to the front desk for forgotten items like toothbrushes, aspirin, granola bars, and water.

Guest Rooms at the Aiden Hotel

The guest rooms were simple, sleek, and modern, outfitted in dark gray and white. I loved the decor that reflected the local influence.

With a minimalist touch, guests can enjoy a large flat-screen TV, rain shower, mini fridge, and in-room coffee/tea all offered in a nice comfortable space.

Guest rooms come with either 1 king or 2 queen beds as well as suites.

Review of the Guest Room

I stayed a total of two nights at the Aiden Hotel and the beds were amazingly comfortable as I slept through the night without waking up either night.

The room temperature was perfect as the air conditioner and heat were manually adjustable to my liking. Settling into my air-conditioned room after being out in the sun and summer heat all day was refreshing and helped rejuvenate me before going out for the evening.

Two things of note: There was no bathtub in the room I stayed in. And the vanity and sink area was located just outside the bathroom.

The temperature of the water in the rain shower was superb as well as the water pressure. The room overall was comfortable, fairly quiet, and clean.

Conveniently Located on the Cape

As we were on a golf trip and golfing at nearby golf courses, what I really liked was the convenience of the location. Situated on one of the main thoroughfares, Route 28, it was easy to get to various golf courses around Cape Cod.

The hotel is almost midway down the Cape, close in proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores as well as many different attractions and sights.
